Holiday Season Notice
Please be aware that during the upcoming holiday weeks, our business office will have limited hours or may be fully closed. Even if your provider is still holding sessions, administrative staff may not be available to answer calls or messages. Current clients should contact their provider directly via the SimplePractice portal for any scheduling needs, cancellations, or questions during these periods. New clients are welcome to call and leave a voicemail, but please note that response times may be delayed when the office is closed or operating with reduced staffing. We appreciate your patience and wish you happy holidays!

If you plan to utilize insurance:
If you have questions about using your insurance for services or which providers accept your insurance, we’re happy to help. Just give our business manager, Cacey, a call at 405-889-6366! Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to verify their own insurance coverage by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Clients are responsible for any portion of the fee not covered by insurance once the claim is processed and returned to us. This may include deductibles, copays, or coinsurance, depending on your plan and can be up to $180 per therapy session.
When you contact your insurance provider to confirm your benefits, they may ask for the billing code for therapy sessions. Our standard therapy code is 90837 (53+ minute psychotherapy session).
When verifying coverage, we recommend asking your insurance company the following:
-
What is my deductible, and how much of it will I owe for sessions?
-
Is The Well Psychology and Counseling in network?
-
What is my copay or coinsurance for CPT code 90837?
